23/05 FALLS LIKE RAIN

I found these old photos in my archive. I didn't take any photos the last weeks and it's time to stop this right now and start photographing more. I'm finally done with all my final exams and waiting for the results now, while that I'll be spending some days in Spain and Amsterdam and also turning 18!! // Since the photos aren't really that special I'm gonna embed the track of Klangkarussell below, I just love the song and I think the fact that they only produced 2 yet makes them even more special. Hab ein paar alte Fotos in meinem Archiv gefunden, aus San Francisco. In den letzten Wochen bin ich kaum zum fotografieren kommen, damit muss jetzt wirklich mal Schluss sein. Ich hab meine Abiklausuren alle geschafft und werde mich davon in den nächsten Wochen erstmal erholen, es geht nach Mallorca und Amsterdam: vieeeeeele neue Fotos! // Weil die Fotos nicht so besonders außergewöhnlich sind hier noch der neue Mix von Klangkarussell, einfach perfekt für den Sommer. Obwohl ich sagen muss, Sonnentanz hat mir besser gefallen. Hier gehts noch zum Musikvideo, super aufnahmen!

12/05 ANOTHER DAY CLOUDY MEMORY

Nothing special and also you might have already seen a sneak peek of these photos on my instagram but still, I quite like the colours and the fabric of sofa so I thought I'd share them with you. Actually, the photos show pretty much all the stuff (besides entire seasons of sit coms :D) I like to make use of during my study breaks - which, by the way,  happen to be more frequently than my actual study periods.. :D I'm almost done with all my finals and you can't imagine how relieved I am. I can't wait for summer to come, I'm so excited for the next months! 

Nichts besonderes und vielleicht habt ihr auch schon das Sneak Peek auf meinem Instagram gesehen aber trotzdem, irgendwie mag ich die Farben total, und die Muster und Stoffe also dachte ich, ich zeig euch die Fotos trotzdem noch. Was zum lesen und schreiben, Sonnebrille... neben ganzen Staffeln von Serien die Dinge, mit denen ich am liebsten meine Lernpausen verbringe (die übrigens aus irgendeinen Grund mehr Zeit einnehmen als das Lernen an sich.... Aber ich denke da bin ich nicht die einzige :D ). Ich hab jetzt fast alle Klausuren hinter mir und bin so erleichtert. Jetzt muss es nur noch Sommer werden!

INTO THE FOLD // CAMILLA

It's been a while since I last presented you a blog but now it's time to share some of my inspiration with you. I've been following Camilla's blog INTO THE FOLD for about half a year or so and I have to say it's my current number-one-favorite blog. Camilla is such a cool girl with a great style and an even greater humor and I just love her posts. She travels a lot - a lot!! - and gets to see so many amazing places and always looks great wherever she goes without looking over-the-top. She really inspires me and you should definetely take a look at her blog, the photos above are a little sneak peek for what's expecting you on INTO THE FOLD! // Anyways, I promised to be a little bit more active on my blog and I know I'm pretty bad at not breaking this promise (my great excuse is that I'm writing my finals this week!) but there is another post prepared and also, as soon as I've done my last exam I'll be on vacation and there's nothing that inspires me more than travelling. Es ist schon etwas her, dass ich eine Blogvorstellung gemacht hab aber ich denke es ist Zeit, dass ich das mal wieder in Angriff nehme und für etwas Abwechslung hier sorge. Ich folge Camillas blog INTO THE FOLD schon etwas über ein halbes Jahr und ich muss sagen, er ist mittlerweile mein absokuter Lieblingsblog. Camilla ist einfach so cool drauf, hat einen super Humor und einen tollen, außergewöhnlichen und trotzdem schlichten Stil. Sie reist so unglaublich viel und hat die Möglichkeit, so viel von der Welt zu sehen. Ihr solltet euch definitiv mal in ihren Blog INTO THE FOLD klicken, die Fotos oben sind ein kleines Sneak Peek, was euch erwartet. // Wie auch immer, ich hatte ja versprochen ein bisschen aktiver hier zu sein und - ja - ich weiß, ich bin gerade dabei dieses Versprechen nicht ganz einzuhalten - als Entschuldigung zählen diese Woche aber meine Abiklausuren :D Aber ich hab noch einen weiteren Post vorbereitet und sobald ich meine mündliche Prüfung hinter mir hab und durch die Welt cruise wirds auch super viele weitere Posts geben, es gibt nichts was mich mehr inspiriert als fremde Städte. 28/04 TAKE A BREAK

Guess what, we were actually wearing shorts last friday. The weather was perfect, sunny and warm, and we spent this beautiful day inside a museum instead of studying. Well not the entire day, just about an hours or two and the exhibition was quite cool but we really felt like sitting in the sun afterwards, enjoying a great bagel and an iced coffee and taking a break from all the studying. We also took some photos so that you can have a look at my supercool new nikes, I bought at Defshop, I am so happy because they not only look pretty cool but are also the most comfortable shoes I own. Apart from my UGGs which definitely don't look cool! // Anyways, here is my first outfit post in ages and I hope you like it. We, however, did like taking the photos so there will be a lot more this summer. Stay tuned for a loooooot of outfit posts, and also some about the usual stuff I like to photograph. :D xx 

Freitag hatten wir tatsächlich kurze Hosen an, es war so warm und sonnig. Und wir haben den Tag im Museum verbracht. Naja gut nicht den GANZEN Tag, nur ein, zwei Stunden aber danach fühlten wir uns sehr danach Bagels und Eiskaffee in der Sonne zu geniessen und Fotos machen, von unseren Outfits und meinen neuen Schuhen. Die Schuhe hab ich von Defshop, ich liebe sie einfach, sie sehen nicht nur cool aus sondern sind auch noch die gemütlichsten Schuhe die ich hab. Okay, abgesehen von meinen UGGs aber die sehen definitiv weniger cool aus. :D // Wie auch immer, hier ist also der erste Outfitpost seit gefühlten 10 Jahren. Wir hatten ziemlich viel Spaß beim Fotos machen, obwohl ich es sonst eigentlich eher nicht so mag, vor der Kamera zu stehen. Trotzdem wirds diesen Sommer glaub ich ein paar mehr davon geben. Generell hab ich vor, mal wieder ein bisschen öfter was zu posten also stay tuned!! xx

25/04 NORMANDY / FRANCE

I've been to France the last week, spending easter with my family, studying a lot for my finals, going for a run almost every evening and enjoying the amazing nature in the Normandy. It was a perfect week and I kind of recovered from the chaos of the week before, my last week of school, which was a great week but also quite exhausting since I didn't really spent a lot time at home to rest. // I've got some more posts prepared which are coming up pretty soon, finally there will be more than "a post a month" as it has been for the last half a year or so, I'm sorry about that! Wish you a wonderful weekend and for those who gotta head back to school or so on monday a good start! :) xx

Ich war für eine Woche in Frankreich, wo ich mit meiner Familie Ostern verbracht habe, viel gelernt hab und joggen war und die tolle Natur (und Essen hehe) in der Normandie genossen hab. Es war eigentlich eine ziemlich schöne Woche und es tat gut, sich ein bisschen von der Woche davor erholen zu können, meine letzte Schulwoche, die zwar super war aber auch irgendwie echt anstrengend, kann mich nicht an einen Tag erinnern an dem ich mehr als 1 h zuhause hatte um mich auszuruhen. :D // Hab noch ein paar weitere Posts vorbereitet, wird also jetzt endlich mal wieder ein bisschen öfter hier was zu sehen geben als in den vergangenen Monaten. 13/04 HABITS OF MY HEART

I can't really realize the last week actually happended, it was such an amazing but also sad week, my last week in high school, ever. We had so much fun and so little sleep and a really great time. I took some last photos in my arts class which was my favorite one, I just loved spending time with those people and I'm gonna miss this. // I'll be in France now, trying to focus on studying for my finals and do lots of sports. Wow, ich kann gar nicht wirklich fassen, was für eine Woche hinter mir liegt, meine letzte Schulwoche. Wir hatten so unglaublich viel Spaß und unglaublich wenig Schlaf und einfach eine richtig gute Zeit. Hab noch ein paar letzte Fotos in meinem Kunstkurs gemacht (bzw. ist das 3. und letzte von einer Freundin), meinem Lieblingskurs, ich hab mich jedes Mal drauf gefreut und hatte so viel Spaß mit den Leuten, das werd ich echt vermissen. // Bin jetzt in Frankreich um mich aufs Lernen konzentrieren zu können und vieeel Sport zu machen. 30/03 SLATEBLUE

Whooop I got a new lense and theose are the first photos I took with it (except the ones with the bedroom, they're taken with my old lense), it's the 50mm 1.8 which isn't too expensive and I don't really know about the quality but it's super light and small and perfect to put in my handbag when I don't want to carry too much. // I am having an amazing weekend, the weather is perfect and I am so happy and relaxed! Everything is going pretty well right now and I can't wait for summer to come entirely. Enjoy the rest of your sunday, loves!

Yeees, hab ein neues Objektiv und das sind die ersten Fotos, die ich damit gemacht hab (außer die von dem Bett, die sind mit meinem anderen aufgenommen). Es ist das 50mm 1.8, nicht teuer aber ich würde sagen ein sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhätlnis, schön leicht und perfekt um die Kamera in die Handttasche zu stecken, wenn man nicht so viel schleppen will. // Ich hatte ein wunderbares Wochenende voller Sonne, guter Musik und Spaß und ich bin jetzt so entspannt, dass mich nichtmals mehr der Gedanke an meine Abiklausuren beunruhigt. :) Habt einen schönen Sonntagabend ihr Lieben! ♡

22/03 ONE DAY IN COLOGNE

Last wednesday I went to Cologne with my Arts class. We actually did spent some time in a museum but soon sat down in a café and then split up since we all wanted to do something else. Some friends and I walked through the city and ended up in a neighbourhood called "Belgisches Viertel". Having amazing take-away burgers, doing some shopping in cute boutiques and finally sitting about 2 or 3 hours outside a café, taking many photos and laughing a lot - it was a perfect day to get away from our everyday life. If you're ever going to be in Cologne have a look at the tips I put underneath the post, there are some places you definitely shouldn't miss out.

Am Mittwoch war ich mit meinem Kunstkurs in Köln unterwegs. Wir waren tatsächlich ein paar Stunden im Museum, genauer gesagt Museum Ludwig, was sich auch wirklich lohnt, aber saßen dann auch schnell in einem Café und haben uns entschieden uns aufzuteilen, weil wir alle andere Vorstellungen davon hatten, den Tag zu verbringen. Ich bin mit ein paar Freunden durch die Stadtgelaufen bis wir im "Belgischen Viertel" ankamen. Köstliche Burger auf die Hand, lauter schöne Boutiquen und Läden und am Ende ein paar Stunden in einem Café in der Abendsonne sitzen - es war der perfekte Tag um mal kurz aus dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Falls ihr mal in Köln seid, hab ich ein paar Tipps für euch, die auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert sind.

A WEEKEND IN AMSTERDAM

As you might have seen on my instagram account I've spent the last weekend in Amsterdam. I fell in love with the city all over again, my last time there was more than 3 years ago. All these nicely dressed people driving their super-stylish bikes through the cute streets along the canals or sitting on the steps outside their house reading. Have you ever seen a movie set in Amsterdam? Well, the city actually IS totally like you would imagine it. Also, besides this amazing atmosphere you can enjoy heaps of interesting museums, cute shops and cafes that serve coffee and cupcakes to some benches outside facing the canals and the sun. I totally can't wait until June when I'm going back with some friends to enjoy some summer-days in that beautiful city! 

Wie manche von euch vielleicht auf meinem Instagram gesehen haben war ich letztes Wochenende in Amsterdam und ich habe mich auf den ersten Blick wieder neu in diese Stadt verliebt. (Das letzte Mal war ich vor mehr als 3 Jahren dort). All diese stylishen Menschen auf ihren noch stylisheren Fahrrädern radeln durch die Straßen und entlang der Grachten oder sitzen auf den Stufen vor ihren Häusern und lesen in der Sonne. Falls ihr schonmal einen Film geguckt hat, der in Amsterdam spielt: alles ist einfach exakt so, wie ihr es euch vorstellen würdet. Neben dieser perfekter Atmosphäre gibt es außerdem unzählige interessante Museen, coole Shops und Cafés, die den bestellten Kaffee und Kuchen zu den Bänken am Ufer der Grachten bringen, wo man in Decken eingepackt die Sonne geniessen kann. Ich kann es kaum erwarten im Juni mit ein paar Freunden noch viel mehr von Amsterdam zu entdecken. ♡
